I’m assuming you know there was a de minimis amount of short position remaining when the ticker was deleted because EVERYONE WITH A BRAIN CLOSED OUT THEIR POSITION WHEN IT AS AT ONE CENT FOR A MONTH and that you wrote this as good clean comedy of course.

We could “mark it” but I suspect we both know you will still be here making impossible things up, calling out those telling the truth, and cheerleading those remaining liars in 2026 and beyond. Of course.

LMFAO short shares? Even if someone did short shares they closed them out back in 2019. You see all one had to do is prove the shares are worthless which was/is easy by showing the monitors reports or court docs.
Simply providing the liquidations outcome, the shut down of the company and then FINRA suspension of the CUSIP and deletion of ticker would have done just fine to collect one’s money.
BioAmber won’t come alive in 2025, 2035, 2045, 2055 or any other year.
