My experience has been that on the OTC - details like you pointed out have to be spoon or Spooz fed to the SEC.
"Again, Randall Goulding was permanently barred by the SEC from not only having anything to do with a pulic company buy even ever "assisting" one in any shape, form or fashion. How this --and his making official filings on behalf of Spooz in December-- aren't direct violations of of his court order is a mystery to me."
