As of January 31, 2022, $729,782 had been paid on this commitment, beginning with the first payment of $21,782 on, or about, September 2, 2020, as presented as Contributed Capital within the Statement of Stockholders Equity (Deficit). The charitable organization is committed to monthly payments of $50,000 pursuant to its sponsored research agreement with Arizona State University. On May 7, 2014, the Company entered into a court ordered settlement for a total of $279,447 that is to be settled with the payment of shares of common stock pursuant to a Section 3(a)(10) exemption from the Securities Act of 1933’s registration requirements. As of January 31, 2022, there was a balance outstanding of $176,485 on this judgment that could be converted into approximately 278,690,243 shares of the Company’s common stock at a rate of approximately $0.00063 per share.

Again, Randall Goulding was permanently barred by the SEC from not only having anything to do with a pulic company buy even ever "assisting" one in any shape, form or fashion. How this --and his making official filings on behalf of Spooz in December-- aren't direct violations of of his court order is a mystery to me.
Also, do a street view of the mailing address for HALB's "President" at the time --- 1174 east Kingston square, Lake Charles, Louisiana, 70611. Talk about a dump..cars parked in the yard etc. Furthermore, it's a mere >>6-1/2 MILES<< from "Epidemiologic Solutions Corp" -- 401 Dalton Rd Westlake, LA 70669 -- an even cheaper dump!!!
