Haven’t really noticed anything changing on the NB grounds other than the crops growing, but I only physically get down there once or twice a year.

I did notice Jim updated the NioCorp Presentation last week by getting rid of the reference to NioCorp being Dual Listed on the Nasdaq and TSX which was on the old page 8.

There is no money to change anything on the property, and the road project has nothing to do with the long unfunded construction project near it.
