At around the 51:00 mark the boys say EXIM wants the updated resources, therefor a drilling program is necessary which Scott confirms for us, takes 3 months, plus the time needed to decipher the info for EXIM. The FS is not needed to be updated for the EXIM funding, but together with drilling program takes 9 months minimum.
