Fact is, you stated XTI would pay $300,501 cash to satisfy its $5.4 Million JV obligation.
That never happened! You won't own up. Cash was not paid, rather shares were issued By XTI, that you also claimed would never occur.
Transferred or not, these XTI-issued XTI shares were issued, as therefore owned by Xeriant. Xeriant may fight this in court, but it has to fight something that exists, and issued shares in Xeriant's name as owner exist. See XTI audited financials which state so. Can't find them? That's on you as it's clear you choose to deny, not look, deny anyway, etc.
