There is no process that would allow former BioAmber shareholders to receive any form of monetary payment. There never was. Once the liquidation was approved for a fraction of the debts and all the creditors were left impaired that was it. Despite the lies and BS that the good things coming crew and DD fabricators say shareholders were never going to get anything. That’s simple bankruptcy law

I don’t think anyone thinks there is some ongoing process. What could that be with no employees?

Some still maintain the equity was acquired in secret years ago, waiting to be revealed.
