If in fact something is going to transpire for BIOAQ shareholders after 5yrs of inactivity, can someone describe what process is going on here? Until about a year ago, there were court cases pending and other apparent due process issues that were being held out as reasons for a delay. But now it just seems completely dead in the water. Can anyone outline what they see happening and how shareholders get compensated (and I don’t want to hear about KKR)?
