You have always over predicted the number of shares and warrants outstanding by at list 1.5 x authorized since I have been here and have consistently been wrong. The challenge is that the number is large and differences can sound alike. But nonetheless, I have no doubt you continue in your behavior.
You said they had 1.5 billion outstanding when they had 750,000,000. Why not just say they have a quadrillion? It’s what you would say if you could say it without totally discrediting yourself.
