Really. WHY did DBMM have a CE put on in the first place!!? Could it have been that they disregarded the filing statutes? Why YES! It was!
And let’s explore that! The CE was removed almost two YEARS ago. Yet DBMM has only signed on a single client and is still sub penny, going deeper into debt every quarter and is in real danger of going bankrupt.

Does DBMM have MM? Yes
That is just a matter of meeting certain parameters that are set by the SEC. MANY scam companies trade and have an MM. That is irrelevant.
Has DBMM kept shareholders informed? Yes
NO! I have CLEARLY shown how DBMM keeps shareholders “informed”. By deceiving them with grand announcements of “representation” - with a company that doesn’t even have a web presence, run by a single employee.
DBMM is a scam, plain and simple.
