They’re much slower than last time with 100x less issues. The magistrate’s either tipped his hand to the parties to let them negotiate, or he’s got something more pressing. IMO.

Why do they have 100x less issues?

It is a new complaint and a new MTD. Every issue raised has to be addressed.

The MTD is not limited to issues that were seen in the first MTD R&R. Just like NWBO submitted a new complaint, the 7 submitted a new MTD.

On a detailed level you know the MTD has issues outside of damages that were not asserted in the previous MTD. New complaint, new MTD.
