Nine weeks since the last response was filed in the MTD case. 16 weeks since the Second Motion to Dismiss was filed. Geesh.

Somewhat ironic that NWBO longs are complaining about lengthy delays with no updates.

Consistent with the idea that there could be negotiations pre-mtd final decision. Or not....

A rumor says the judge is waiting for MHRA approval, which is why they are in a quiet period as well.

flipper44,

Maybe there is a consultation going on behind the scenes between the judge and others he can confide in. We all know the implications are very significant and perhaps he is testing the waters with regard to his intended ruling and defense of same. Best wishes.

IMO, the Judge is contemplating if the bribes are worth it.

IMHO, the judge is trying desperately to find an end result that will either give NWBO a win without Citadel, Virtu and the rest having to pay a major cost or render a decision against NWBO, positing some face-saving bs like NWBO has not incurred any significant cost directly attributed to actions in which the defendants engaged.

I hope for the best... but I don't expect a positive outcome. I really really want to be wrong, but our legal system seldom dispense justice when the case involves 1%ers and would result in their (and perhaps the industry's) potential bankruptcy.
