This isn't a suit that results in anything for VPLM.
The settlement would be with customers. Customers get the $256 billion. The only reason VPLM is doing this is an attempt to get the companies to buy them out and settle the cases asap. This could work but my guess is the settlement would not be huge. But settling with VPLM would allow all the suits to go away.
If the anti trust suit has merit it may work. More than likely I see this going no where. Anti trust suits may move through the courts faster. I really don't know.
At this point I would call a meeting with all the parties and say a buyout or VPLM of $.25 a share and we will go away forever. Maybe they do it just to get rid of the pain in the but Emil forever.
Personally, I would be thrilled with $.25 a share.
