Ouch, but i think we agree that broke would be more when you can't buy a cup of coffee, and a desk chair is a chair to sit in at a desk. A "seating experience" could be a seat on a city bus, or on a toilet. Or the experience of a new member of congress on her first day.

The euphemisms and self aggrandizement are just...

Last week I saw a pickup truck for a landscaping company that had the company name something like "ABC Landscaping Solutions" I've seen "Solutions" used for catering companies as well: "Bob's Catering Solutions."

I've also seen 1 person companies name themselves something like "Mega IT Solutions International." Hey, Stu. You are living in your mom's basement trying to make enough to avoid working at Burger King. You fix people's broken phone screens for $ 40 each and if you're lucky, customers come from 10 miles away. Hardly anything "international."

And the gym that I belong to (that sees every member as a wallet looking to be tapped) had a poster at the entrance advertising an upcoming event. It was one of those "come have a couple of glasses of wine and we'll give you a small canvas and some paints and you will have some fun drinking and painting." Nothing wrong with that.

But instead of indicating "ticket cost," "entrance fee" or "admission price" it said Investment $ 45.
