I am thinking that KOAN was formerly Resonate Blends and now is Apollo Biowellness, Inc. The upcoming S-1 will determine the share exchange between EMGE and KOAN(Apollo Biowellness, Inc.). When complete the KOAN ticker symbol will be changed to a new ticker to reflect the new parent company Apollo Biowellness, Inc....and our once owned EMGE shares converted into KOAN shares will be the shares of the new ticker symbol.
