I wound up buying much more than I expected but I’m a sucker for sales :-)
A long time ago, even by nwbo standards, I did a similar average down with Sirius shares, although I was too chicken to back up the truck at 10 cents per share when BK was looking imminent before Malone came out and made Sirius the offer they couldn’t refuse that eventually led to a de facto change of control to the Malone empire.
I did fairly well eventually selling half my shares and still have the other half well in the green even at current $3 share price.
Nwbo is my last such swing for the fences and if we’re all not crazy, it’s going to be a grand slam imo.
If not, I may need to hire a bodyguard and food taster :-)
