So is Avenvi LLC purchasing the shares on the open market on the down-low since it's a private firm??? Giorgio R. Saumat runs that private company and I haven't seen any publications of him making any purchases recently on the Edgar Financial pages...the most recent insider purchase reported was made August 8th and reported on the 9th.
