wow. very interesting speculation there

I rarely speculate when looking at scams, since normally if you see histories of lies and fraud and deflections, you don't need to ask why the history of the scam unfolds the way it does .... it's usually simply to make money in classic p&d schemes: (1) lie, (2) pump up pps, and (3) sell to the naive.

But there's stuff about SPOOZ that wasn't making sense to me ... like Park not owning shares (and other things).

This is a speculative but intelligent interpretation of why the SPOOZ story is unfolding the way it has been.

Kudos ... your interpretation makes a lot of sense, and according to the philosophical/logical principle of Ockham's razor, it satisfies the razor's principle of being able to explain as much as possible of what's happening in the simplest manner. Other intepretations explain certain aspects of the SPOOZ story, but leave other aspects untouched and unexplained. Your's seems to cover all the major aspects of the "story".

KAM I question your interpretation. I owned almost one percent of SPZI for more than 10 years. I have no reason to think that Mr Strickland owned all those shares in SPZI. I forget the details before I purchased my stake at $ 0.0001 per share. But the high share count was I sssume the result of selling a lot of shares to finance losses.
