I didn't mean to say that Strickland & Co still owned all those 5.5 billion shares. But they issued and sold most while keeping plenty for themselves. It's also not uncommon for insiders to use family and friends as straw holders for them (aka ''rat holes'').
You more than most know how dead this ticker was for years. Along comes Park and the share price shoots up thanks to Park's relentless pumping despite owning "zero shares." So who benefits if not old management and bagholders?
