How does it make the SEC and DOJ look if CM and NWBO have the evidence of criminal activity while they are sitting around with their thumbs up their asses?

I know optics aren't great right now for SEC, but they have to appear to be doing something other than handing out the equivalent of speeding tickets...

Steady _T That's the public perception. In reality, given that a regulator is under the umbrella of the Gov't, which at least theoretically, should allow the SEC access to advanced surveillance technology held by the NSA, CIA, and Space Force to easily gather the targeted data. Haven't we seen such tools abused for political gain? They need repurposing.

SEC has limited resources so letting NWBO do much of the heavy lifting makes good sense.

That's funny. The SEC can only take action against these Big Money Rat Bastard Criminal are vetted by NWBO.
Someone should tell the SEC that that is bullshit. Now is not the time for them to be drinking :-)
