Quite the pickle. They only get out of this mess if they can drive NWBO to BK. So handing NWBO even $200million (which I do not believe LP would accept) would stave off BK completely

I think this is going to trial unless of course the judge grants MTD.

And if the judge grants MTD then I would bet they buy a really nice vacation home sometime in 2025. Corruption is a cancer that DCVax cannot inoculate unfortunately
