OMG, are you not aware that this Doctor has NO say in the allocation of the NHS Budget.
And given his clear partnership vested interests in the commercialisation of this 'vaccine', he is clearly teetering on the edge of breaching the NHS Clinicians' Codes of Ethical Conduct.
He is NOT and never has been authorised to make such guarantees ( especially ahead of any regulatory and costing examination by the NICE).
So to emphatically state that the NHS WILL pay for DCVAX-L, is a lie.
