CTB $DBMM now $30.47/share. For a sub penny ticker to be over $30/share to borrow says a lot about the ticker itself.

So, why so much to borrow shares~?

Can anyone offer any theories~?

$30 plus may seem cheap as time goes on. And all for $DBMM too.
