Thanks for your reply. My hunch is that several of them have already started the process and in some cases have made their "Plea Deals". RICO charges can be an easy catch and brutal on the punishment side. ie. 25 years in prison and as IIdunno saiid,"Reduced to 21.5 years for good behavior!!!" Plus disgorgement of illegal gains and a "Clawback" of all investments that were made using the ill gotten gains . Yikes!!!!
AND the MM's are lulled into complacency by their bosses that tell them,"It's OK cause it's been done this way for years!" That's the old ssurance that, "A lie told a thousand times becomes the truth!"
AND the really scary thing is for the younger MM's is they are exactly what the "Hardened" cons are looking for to "Brighten Up" their prison life!!!
