Illegal Pizza was closed (possibly due to landlord issues. bad local management, or both)

El Cazo Mexican Kitchen - a buy-out - came and went (apparently also due to landlord issues; raised rent).

Oh, and Nixon finally got rid of that lame "Illegal Brands" line of CBD water and branded apparel. Good riddance to that missed-the-wave stuff.
