I don't think moving to discovery is the fire though.

I think it adds more fuel to the wood pile, but it's going to take approval and, more importantly, the restart of other trials (with funding) to ignite the fire.

MTD getting tossed will just make the eventual boom bigger, but it ain't the boom.
