And BtW the same site shows the last ever 8ks which explain the failure of the recap attempt, the the resignations of the board and all remaining employees, and the liquidation.

I guess those docs from the same site aren’t as “believeable” as the filing nomenclature used on some of the others. What an absolute embarrassment.

You could always look at the 13 G filing . Maybe you should be asking why it wasn't posted along with the vultures search results? There is no stock symbol anywhere in those filings he is referring too.
