How is that not a document . Owning an amount of shares large enough makes filing it a valid reason to question why would there be no Q . I sure want to know the factual explanation. There are many reasons the holders of shares question anything and everything that has transpired. I just need an objective explanation . There is a fine line to illegal or legal . Collusion is my logical explanation how they circumvented the share holders . When you understand how corrupt the system is then you understand there is no reason for them to go beyond where we are at . We will have to reopen what is happening or just wait for what will happen organically. Forcing an outcome allows for more delays .
