I know Missling worked previously for IMGN, but not as the CEO. The same thing you're saying about him could probably be said about their prior CEO's until they achieved success. Sadly I'm critical of the recent management for selling out to soon, but I do have a healthy profit for holding it over the many decades.
My point is that success doesn't come until you have an approval, and if Missling achieves that he'll be successful, regardless of how you feel about him today.
