Maybe they all understand why trials get interfered with by regulators on the SOC/placebo side while still allowing all treatment arm patients to enroll and how that might affect their views about best efforts to extrapolate the treatment effect with ECA comparators when the control arm was actually crossed over to an active treatment at the behest of regulators themselves.
