Manufacturing news releases put longs in the driver’s seat with regard to generally unappreciated information. Big pharma is aware and they are cutting early research to add to their war chests. As reported by dstock, Merck and Amgen have been quietly adding to their vaccine capacity infrastructure and were not on the list of those cutting back on early research in a recent report. They are now working on making the footprint of the units smaller, something that another poster, Antihama, said could possibly wait until Eden 1.2. The 10Q sounded like they were getting it done, since it used the past tense. Though, the more I read it, the more I think Antihama is right and that smaller footprint may be next year's roll-out model!

That they had already designed in the GMP requirements was disclosed at the ASM. It was also disclosed then that they need to design a smaller unit and when that is done they will order the devices.

So what is the big news?

You were talking about having EDENs in house and being evaluated this Q, and so far they have yet to order them.
