If they held, then that lets you know some institutional investor has some kind of hope. You can only base your thoughts on their execution and so far it has been abysmal. The length of time it has taken to get to this point and lack of planning/guidance needs a lot of work. Still on snails pace with little to no plan for achieving actual revenue. The management likes to blame external parties for the situation.......
