I was not aware of the lawsuit that cost the emu lady 50m shares. Could you fill me in on what that was about. Also, how much do you think it has cost these alleged infringers so far, to fight the fight. You brought up how they have unlimited funds with which to do so. Why don't they just buy a license or buy the patents if their funds are so unlimited???
still holding 4 mil shares..so i hear ya....man at this point i wish theyd do a deal with anyone..buyout is a long shot...an inch of good news will make it move and then too where nobody knows...a simple pr would do something...but dont bet on that either.
