I think the message isn't getting through! To hang one's hat on the SEC allowing trading is nonsensical!

The SEC's job isn't to remove scams... SCAMS ARE ALLOWED! As long as a scam remains compliant with their filings... they are allowed to scam all day long!

The buyer can read their filings and, to the experienced investor, it is usually quite obvious which companies are scams!

The SEC knows that there are PLENTY of legally operating scams on the OTC. They know they cannot do anything about it, if they remain within the rules set up by the SEC!

There should be NO DOUBT in ANYONE'S mind that after 20 YEARS of failure....and continuing to pay the EXECS that are FAILING?

DBMM is a definite scam. A legal scam is just as bad (if not worse) than an illegal scam.
