Regarding the shelf offering, Missling was careful in his answer that it was not for any “immediate” cash need, but rather for a potential need in the future (i.e. EMA approval requiring establishing manufacturing and marketing channels overseas). Regarding the FDA, Missling stated that their energy and focus presently is with the EMA submission. He mentioned that once the EMA is done, most of that work is applicable to the FDA filing.
