if we are so close to UK approval, why are we sitting on the cusp of the 20¢ territory? Then, common sense tells me we aren't getting approval, and the past 15 years have been painful
that is not common sense its fear and that is exactly what this whole exercise of taking the SP down is all about.
If a biotech would be sitting on material information for a while that approval is going to be difficult or is refused and management has only let a few shareholders know who then on that information would start unloading their positions. Boy o boy that would be jail time for the management of that biotech
I think a buyout is coming. I have been investing a very long time and over the course of 30 years I have seen many stocks I own hit 52 week lows right before a buyout. My most recent example was just this year with TGAN, who make Gallium nitride (GaN) semi conductors. The SP hit a 52 low in Oct 22, 2023 only to rally 450% in the next 4 months. Company was sold this past past spring. Many others but this is just a very recent example. Time will tell.
