There is a “right time” for management support especially in heavily manipulated stocks or ones that have been. Too early and it means nothing that the manipulators can’t use like an interim pump by traders to bring it back down which then also hurts management and their ability to continue supporting. Too late and lots of smaller but faithful longs get hurt and discouraged to the point of pulling out and this also keeps potential new investors staying on the sidelines longer.
