Thanks for pointing this out. If the test starts to take off I would think this type of information will eventually be known. i.e. are the missed early cancers shielded from shedding DNA etc. into blood stream, or was there just no leakage of cancerous signal into blood by chance and / or the test miss the signal in blood by chance and a second screen likely to pick it up with similar sensitivity.
