cologuard is the better test no doubt, but the interesting thing about screening tests with somewhat low sensitivity is that if you have several normals in a row you can get to a very high sensitivity cumulatively
Depends entirely in the type of noise. If it’s low frequency (eg the particular precancer you have is harder to detect) then more tests will not help. But if it is high frequency (eg requires a bleed to increase amount of target in blood) then, yes, more tests will improve results substantially.
