Dr Sabbagh himself is on the editorial board of some of the key journals so whilst not in a peer review journal yet the fact that he presented their data at the biggest alzhimers conference to me indicates a level of peer review. Missling previously said offhand "In the peer review or the presentation whichever comes first" so I think it shouldn't be too long.
