I agree boi and Im leaning towards needing shares for potential partnerships. EMA approval geographically may need more than one partner.
We have a very tight retail share lock and a CEO with a very disciplined fiscal funding approach. There are no volume of shares to speak of the give to a partner at say…. $30 or $40 upon approval in a deal so this makes loads of sense. We are getting very close, independently, to bringing an effective and safe Alzheimer's drug to the market.
Only negative aspect with large retail base is the whining and complaining along the way. Dr. Missling and his all-star team have a plan and are executing it very well imo.
