If they could see that there is more money to pmp and go long they should but this is controled by short hedge funds workig for BP

Just as in the case with SAVA, the shorts have owned AVXL for an extended period of time. At some point, AVXL's shorts will cover but today is certainly not the day. I suspect many posters here are absolutely blown about today's AVXL price action. Things will change in a few more months after progress with a filed MAA becomes visible.
