I am not arguing anything here but on a blog where every shareholder has an opportunity to read through all this, we have to present materially correct statements but not assertions drawn out of assumptions because it costs the company very dearly and so the shareholders in all. As a primary shareholder and as the management head, it becomes my pertinent responsibility to correct anyone here whenever some of these important matters are discussed

But this is not your responsibility. You are the only person who feels that way. Everyone else knows that half of what gets posted on message boards is BS and the other half is true. It is up to the readers to determine who and what they want to believe. You certainly shouldn't be wasting your time with this. You wouldn't even be able to if this had been a more active forum. Your time is too costly Laxmi. The stock isn't even trading. Nobody can even buy the stock. So you shouldn't be wasting your time here, correcting people. I will do this, from time to time, and Aandt (and a few others) also have the tendency to correct people when they feel it is needed. That is the best you can hope for. And you should leave it there. As far as correcting people goes.

And yet you have issues with doing just that. Before you go off again, consider the numerous missed deadlines, delayed payouts, and unfulfilled promises. Wednesday is almost over but you have time to spare?
