Dear Snow,
We all should know, it was our voluntary withdrawal of registration of ITUP from being Listed and because of this withdrawal and because of our past that stock did trade on markets, it got moved to expert market so that still trades can happen through BD level though that presents no liquidity -- Except for that stock, which is available for circulation, nothing else is available for someone to pick at any price. And even if we add the entire holding available for circulation on expert market, it does not cross 300,000 shares out of 6,900,000 (now expanded to 16,200,000 after our withdrawal from registration with the SEC).

I have no debate hence on expert market -- we have chosen our stock to become so until we opt for direct listing.

Now on Direct Listing, I have to correct you, our presence on the Expert Market has nothing to do with our direct listing on NYSE -- If we start pursuing tomorrow we will be able to work on that direction. But, we (I mean our group) do not (does not) want to get listed now but start applying for listing in the last quarter of 2025. Because we would like to list our stock at $108.00. We may have been worthless, we may remain as volume less and we may remain unlisted but what matters for listing is the qualification whether we can get listed. If we are qualified, there is nothing that can bar us from being listed now.
There is a phenomenal perception difference whether we cannot move or we chose not to move ....And this is as exactly "terminated" vs "revoked".

I am not arguing anything here but on a blog where every shareholder has an opportunity to read through all this, we have to present materially correct statements but not assertions drawn out of assumptions because it costs the company very dearly and so the shareholders in all. As a primary shareholder and as the management head, it becomes my pertinent responsibility to correct anyone here whenever some of these important matters are discussed because it is not Snow or Lvstree or anyone, it is the entire fraternity of the our shareholder group....
