Funny... the Vinmar Contracts have been being fulfilled by Visolis for almost 5 yrs now.... From China's 500,000 MT's per yr Factory to Houston TX...Vinmar... You think we don't see this? WE SEE IT... Now... where do we go from here is the question. We know business as usual has been un obstructed since the CCAA. We all know that Sarnia was wayyyyy to small to fill the Vinmar contract.. Bioamber needed a bigger factory. Well... they got it.

The confidentiality order the judge is speaking of is in the preceding paragraph. The shareholders' lawyer was provided a copy of the Vinmar contracts and was ordered not to disclose them to anyone. That order survived the proceedings. Nothing else did.
