Bioamber didn’t “need” anything as they are out of business.

Since the new owner of the plant is private, no one really knows exactly how they’re using it after they bought it.

Congratulations, the only thing you see 👀 is that someone else has filled the void that former BioAmber could not.
I guess a capitalistic open market really does work after all.
Visolis, LCY, BASF, Vinmar, Mitsui, etc, etc, etc_ _ are all free to do business with whoever they like & negotiate contracts with whoever they please.
One thing that is concrete, the contracts were not filled by BioAmber as the former company has ceased to exist for years. 🙄

BioAmber didn’t get anything as it was liquidated long ago.
The contract with Vinmar died with BioAmber. LCYB did not want any of the contracts assigned.
What Visolis, LCYB, or LCY supply and who they supply it to again would have nothing to do with you as you don’t own stock in them.
You own worthless stock in a dead liquidated debt ridden voided corp.
