Lugee Li has the entire Chinese political situation as a background to anything he could possibly do…the downside from that direction is much more serious than losing $40 million on paper.
TC, on the other hand has access to almost 10 million shares if you count options….the motivation is there to turn that into something significant…there is a reluctance to tap into the cash hoard to make something happen…fear of loss.
