Imagine how easy it would be for Lebby to use more specific language: "At this stage, we are actively working on a prototype with a Tier 1 company" or "We are well into the reliability phase with a Tier 1 and have provided 80% of the reliability data they need."
But no. He purposely chooses to hide behind vague, meaningless language like "working with". Probably because "working with" more likely than not means "a low level engineer asked for more information about our technology, and we sent them a brochure - thus, we are 'working with' them."
