Reading nutrition labels is not nuts. I was surprised some years ago when Fairlife milk was introduced; 50% less sugar, 50% more protein. Pour that on Uncle Sam cereal; 10g fiber, 8g of protein and you can get away with a fistful of raisins, no sweat.

It''s supposed to contain 50% less sodium, though I don't notice that. The aroma is very good. Like the second commenter, I was introduced to it by my mother. I never knew about the lower sodium; I just like it.
