It's really the salt these days that I have to keep an eye on.

Try this:

https://www.amazon.com/Janes-Krazy-Mixed-Up-Original-Blend/dp/B009SI790E/ref=asc_df_B009SI790E/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=692875362841&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=10074686730191161140&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9007216&hvtargid=pla-2281435177418&psc=1&mcid=c6064a68225b3c7b92f5cecd17b9a0c0&hvocijid=10074686730191161140-B009SI790E-&hvexpln=73&gad_source=1

It''s supposed to contain 50% less sodium, though I don't notice that. The aroma is very good. Like the second commenter, I was introduced to it by my mother. I never knew about the lower sodium; I just like it.

From the company's website:

Mixed-Up Salt Canister 9.5oz
9.5 oz - 12 Pack
Slot# 580803-1, UPC# 819009-020007
Does your Jane’s run low at inopportune times? Does the thought of bland and tasteless dishes leave you cold? Step up to the big canister and you’ll never have to worry about where you’ll get your next flavor-fix. No MSG. Approximately 50% less sodium than regular table salt per serving.
